Owner & Co-Founder of Art City Property Management

With a background in Interior Design that began before earning her real estate license, Angela has built her career around one central passion: making properties stand out.

Angela obtained her first business license in Interior Design before becoming a Realtor. Today, she brings 13 years of real estate experience along with extensive experience in property management, nightly rentals, and property marketing. She has started and managed multiple short-term and nightly rentals and owns a nightly rental herself, giving her firsthand experience from both the property owner and management perspective.

Her experience as a property owner ultimately inspired the creation of Art City Property Management, where Angela provides Utah property owners with a personal, hands-on approach to property management, rental marketing, and maximizing the potential of their investment.

Her design background also plays an important role in how she markets properties. Angela offers staging services ranging from soft staging and incorporating a client’s existing furnishings to adding carefully selected pieces for a more elevated, luxury-inspired presentation. She provides in-person staging throughout Utah as well as virtual staging services for properties outside of Utah, allowing owners and agents to showcase a property's potential regardless of location.

Whether managing a rental, preparing a property for the market, or transforming an empty space through staging, Angela’s approach is simple: present the property beautifully, create a vision, maximize exposure, and help owners see the full potential of their investment.
